Ration Card New Rules 2023 | केंद्र सरकार द्वारा देशातील नागरिकांसाठी अनेक कल्याणकारी योजना राबविल्या जातात. अशा योजनांचा शेतकरी व देशातील इतर नागरिकांना मोठा फायदा मिळतो. रेशन कार्ड बाबत बोलायचे झाले तर, शासनाकडून रेशनकार्ड धारकांना स्वस्तात धन्य उपलब्ध करून दिले जाते. देशातील गरीब नागरिकांना गहू, तांदूळ व इतर वस्तू केंद्र शासनाद्वारे रेशन कार्ड मार्फत अत्यल्प दरात दिल्या जातात.त्यामुळे गरजू आणि पात्र नागरिकांसाठी रेशन कार्ड ही योजना अतिशय फायद्याची व महत्त्वाची योजना आहे.
Free Ration : कोरोना काळामध्ये सर्व उद्योगधंदे व्यवसाय बंद झाले होते. लॉकडाऊन असल्यामुळे अनेकांना घरातून बाहेर पडणे शक्य नव्हते, त्यामुळे अनेकांचे रोजगार बंद पडले. कमाई ठप्प झाल्यामुळे अनेक नागरिकांना आर्थिक संकटाचा सामना करावा लागला. ज्यांचे हातावर पोटआहे त्यांचे तर जगणे कठीण झाले होते अशा परिस्थितीत केंद्र शासनाने रेशन कार्ड धारकांना मोफत धान्य देण्याचा निर्णय घेतला होता. शासनाच्या या निर्णयाचा देशातील करोडो नागरिकांना खूप फायदा झाला. महिन्यातून दोन वेळा नागरिकांना मोफत धान्य मिळू लागले व अजून देखील नागरिकांना मोफत धान्य मिळत आहे.परंतु असंख्य लोक या योजनेचा गैरफायदा घेत असल्याचे निदर्शनास आले आहे. पात्रतेच्या निकषात बसत नसतानाही ही मंडळी रेशन कार्ड वर मोफत चे रेशन लाटत आहेत यामुळे असंख्य पात्र आणि गरजू नागरिक यापासून वंचित राहू शकतात. त्यामुळे सरकारने अशा नागरिकांच्या विरोधात कठोर पावले उचलण्याचा निर्णय घेतला आहे. रेशन कार्ड बाबत सरकारने नवीन नियम लागू केले आहेत. तर सरकारचे नवीन नियम काय आहेत? कुणाचे रेशन कार्ड बंद होणार आहे? कोणती कारवाई होऊ शकते? त्याबद्दल जाणून घेण्यासाठी हा लेख संपूर्ण वाचा.

सरकारकडून नागरिकांना आवाहन करण्यात आले आहे की, जारी केलेल्या निकषांमध्ये बसत नसतील अशा नागरिकांनी आपले रेशन कार्ड स्वतः सरकारकडे जमा करावे. अपात्र नागरिकांनी जर स्वतः रेशन कार्ड रद्द केले नाही तर अन्नपुरवठा विभागाच्या टीम मार्फत पडताळणी केल्यानंतर अशी रेशन कार्ड रद्द करण्यात येणार आहेत. आणि अशा लोकांविरोधात कायदेशीर कारवाई देखील केली जाऊ शकते. यासाठी रेशन कार्ड संबंधीचे शासनाचे नियम पहा ते खालील प्रमाणे आहेत. “ New rules of ration card ”
रेशनकार्ड संबंधातील सरकारचे नवे नियम:
- स्वतःच्या कमाईतून विकत घेतलेला शंभर चौरस मीटर चा प्लॉट/ फ्लॅट/ दुकान ज्यांच्याकडे आहे.
- ज्या रेशन कार्ड धारकांच्या नावावर चाकी गाडी, ट्रॅक्टर किंवा शस्त्र परवाना आहे.
- गावात कुटुंबाची वार्षिक मिळकत दोन लाख किंवा त्यापेक्षा जास्त असेल, असे शिधापत्रिका धारक. शहरात कुटुंबाची वार्षिक मिळकत तीन लाख किंवा त्यापेक्षा जास्त असेल, असे शिधापत्रिका धारक.
- वरील नियमा ( Ration Card New Rules 2023 ) प्रमाणे सर्व रेशन कार्ड धारकांनी आपले कार्ड तहसील कार्यालयात जमा करायचे आहे.
कायदेशीर कारवाई:
नव्या सरकारी नियमानुसार( new rules about ration card ) जर रेशन कार्ड धारकाने स्वतःहून आपले रेशन कार्ड सरेंडर केले नाही, तर चौकशीनंतर त्यांचे कार्ड रद्द केले जाईल तसेच त्या कार्डधारकाच्या कुटुंबीयांविरोधात कायदेशीर कारवाई होऊ शकते आणि एवढेच नाही तर त्यांच्याकडून आतापर्यंत घेतलेले सर्व रेशन वसूल करण्यात येणार आहे.
केंद्र सरकारने रेशन कार्ड विषयी अत्यंत क** नियम केलेले आहेत त्यामुळे रेशन कार्ड धारकांनी या नियमांचे पालन केले पाहिजे. शिधापत्रिका स्वस्त धान्य किंवा मोफत धान्य योजनेत अपात्र असणाऱ्या नागरिकांनी ज्यांची आर्थिक परिस्थिती चांगली आहे अशा नागरिकांनी मोफत रेशन घेऊ नये. देशातील गरीब नागरिकांसाठी केंद्र सरकारची ही मोफत धान्य योजना आहे आर्थिक दृष्ट्या सक्षम असणाऱ्या नागरिकांनी जर आपले रेशन कार्ड रद्द केली तर त्याचा फायदा गोरगरिबांना मिळणार आहे. म्हणून असे सांगण्यात आले आहे देशातील सक्षम नागरिकांनी किंवा या योजनेस अपात्र असणाऱ्या नागरिकांनी आपले रेशन कार्ड लवकरात लवकर रद्द करून घ्यावे, असे सांगण्यात आले आहे. ” Ration Card New Rules 2023 ”
