प्रस्तावना – Ayushman Bharat Yojana

आयुष्मान भारत – प्रधानमंत्री जन आरोग्य योजना भारत शासना द्वारे चालवली जाणारी योजना आहे. भारत शासनाद्वारे देशातील जनतेच्या हितासाठी अशा प्रकारच्या नवनवीन योजना चालू केल्या जातात त्यापैकीच एक योजना आहे. भारतामध्ये अशी अनेक कुटुंब आहेत कि त्यांचीआर्थिक परिस्थिती बिकट आहे. कुटुंबामधील एखाद्या व्यक्तीला जर काही मोठा आजार उद्भवला तर संपूर्ण कुटुंबाची आर्थिक परिस्थिती कोलमाडून जाते. अनेक वेळा तर पैशांच्या अभावी कित्येक लोकांना प्राण गमवावे लागतात कारण हॉस्पिटलचा खर्च त्यांना परवडत नाही. हीच परिस्थिती लक्षात घेऊन भारताचे पंतप्रधान श्री नरेंद्र मोदी यांनी PMJAY – आयुष्मान भारत ( Ayushman Bharat Yojana) ही योजना चालू केलेली आहे. या योजनेद्वारे भारतातील जी कुटुंब आर्थिक व सामाजिक दृष्ट्या दुबळी आहेत, योग्य उपचार घेऊ शकत नाहीत अशा परिवारांसाठी, त्यांच्या आरोग्यामध्ये सुधार घडवून आणण्यासाठी अशा कुटुंबांना ५ लाख रुपयांचा आरोग्य विमा देण्यात येणार आहे. याद्वारे एका कुटुंबातील सर्व सदस्य मिळून एका वर्षात ५ लाख रुपये पर्यंत मोफत औषधोपचार घेऊ शकतात. या योजनेची सुरुवात 14 एप्रिल 2018 रोजी डॉक्टर बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर यांचा जन्मदिवशी छत्तीसगड राज्यांमधून करण्यात आली व त्यानंतर 25 सप्टेंबर 2018 रोजी पंडित दीनदयाल उपाध्याय त्यांच्या जन्मदिवशी संपूर्ण भारतात लागू करण्यात आलेली आहे. आयुष्मान भारत (PM-JAY) ही जगातील सर्वात मोठी आरोग्य विमा योजना आहे, ज्याचे उद्दिष्ट 10.74 कोटी गरीब आणि वंचित कुटुंबांना (किंवा सुमारे 50 कोटी लाभार्थी) दुय्यम आणि तृतीयक आरोग्य सेवांसाठी प्रति कुटुंब प्रति वर्ष 5 लाख रुपयांपर्यंत मोफत उपचार प्रदान करणे आहे. ) जे भारतीय लोकसंख्येच्या 40% आहेत. चला तर मग आपण जाणून घेऊयात प्रधानमंत्री जन आरोग्य योजना (PMJAY) किंवा आयुष्मान भारत योजनेबद्धाल सविस्तर माहिती.

  • सामाजिक व आर्थिक दृष्ट्या दुर्बल असणाऱ्या कुटुंबांना या योजनेचा लाभ दिला जाणार आहे
  • या योजनेनुसार भारतातील जवळजवळ दहा करोड कुटुंबांना या योजनेचा फायदा मिळणार आहे.

  • गैर-गहन आणि गहन आरोग्य सेवा

Ayushman bharat योजने अंतर्गत अर्ज करू इच्छिणाऱ्या सर्व कुटुंबांनी आणि अर्जदारांनी खालीलप्रमाणे काही पात्रता निकष पूर्ण केले पाहिजेत –

ग्रामीण भागासाठी पात्रता

ग्रामीण भागासाठी एकूण सात वंचित निकषांपैकी, खालील सहा वंचित निकषांपैकी किमान एक आणि स्वयंचलित समावेश निकष म्हणजेच निराधार/भीक मागणारे रहिवासी, हाताने सफाई कामगार, आदिम आदिवासी गट, कायदेशीर मुक्त बंधपत्रित मजूर यामध्ये मोडतात.

  1. उघड्या भिंती आणि उघडी छत असलेली फक्त एक खोली
  2. १६ ते ५९ वयोगटातील कोणताही प्रौढ सदस्य नाही
  3. १६ ते ५९ वयोगटातील कोणताही प्रौढ पुरुष सदस्य नाही
  4. अपंग सदस्य आणि सक्षम शरीर नसलेला प्रौढ सदस्य
  5. SC/ST घर
  6. भूमिहीन कुटुंबे त्यांच्या उत्पन्नाचा मोठा भाग अंगमेहनतीतून मिळवतात

शहरी भागासाठी पात्रता

शहरी भागांसाठी, खालील 11 व्यावसायिक श्रेणीतील कामगार या योजनेसाठी पात्र आहेत:

  1. कचरेवाला
  2. भिकारी
  3. घरगुती कामगार
  4. रस्त्यावरील विक्रेते / चर्मकार / फेरीवाले / रस्त्यावर काम करणारे इतर सेवक
  5. बांधकाम कामगार / प्लंबर / थवाई / मजूर / पेंटर / वेल्डर / सुरक्षा रक्षक / कुली आणि इतर डोक्यावर ओझे घेणारा मजूर
  6. सफाई कामगार / माळी
  7. घरगुती कामगार / कारागीर / शिंपी
  8. वाहतूक कर्मचारी / वाहन चालक / कंडक्टर / वाहन चालक आणि कंडक्टर सहाय्यक / रिक्षा चालवणारा
